05. Hike to Cheakamus Lake
This classic Whistler hike in Garibaldi Provincial Park rewards with views of a turquoise glacial lake and snow-capped peaks. This 7.5 km (4.6 mi) trail can be done in an afternoon making it great for families or anyone wanting a quick hike with big rewards.
06. Paddle The Lakes
Whistler is home to five lakes that are all easily accessible from Creekside Village. Rent a paddleboard, canoe, or kayak, or bring your own and explore Green, Nita, Alpha, or Lost Lakes.
07. Ride the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola
This record-breaking gondola spans over 4.4 km (2.7 mi) between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Jump into a glass-bottom gondola for a bird’s eye view over the valley 436 m (1,427 ft) below. From the top of both mountains, you can access more than 50 km (31 mi) of hiking trails and over 200 marked ski runs.
08. Walk the Village
Wander around Whistler’s pedestrian-only village and shop at the many galleries, boutiques, and outdoor adventure stores.
